The company offers a scholarship program to provide educational assistance to the deserving dependents of the employees who will study in college. This program is planned in order to give more chances for more employee’s children to continue their studies.

Benefit

  • A subsidy of P20,000.00 per semester to the qualified dependent of the employee.

  • The dependent can avail of the subsidy up to 8 semesters.

CAREER SYSTEM 

As we know, the proper promotion system and process play a significant role in building a company. It serves as a company’s building block. The system enables the Management to monitor and manage their staffs properly, and under this proper system the employee is encouraged to improve their performance and achievement.

BROSNEP has a 6 Grade system and each grade has 3~5 steps. Based on the annual evaluation, we promote employees and provide proper rewards such as incentives.

To promote to the next grade normally takes 2~5 years depending on the individual performance and achievement.

  • Store Management and Inventory Management: Responsible for overseeing and managing stores within the assigned territory. This includes monitoring store displays, conducting inventory checks, and processing sales orders

  • Handling Store and Item Concerns: Addressing and resolving store and item-related concerns promptly. Ensuring that any escalated issues are properly directed to the appropriate concern groups

  • Assisting Deliveries: Providing assistance in the delivery process
