Brosnep 2026 Team Building

“It is not about how we win or lose. It’s about never giving up and continuing to do what we need to do.”

This message became the guiding theme of the Brosnep 2026 Team Building, held on June 26-27, 2026 at Shercon Resort in Batangas. Throughout the two-day event, participants were constantly reminded that teamwork, perseverance, and resilience matter more than simply winning. 

Unlike previous team-building activities, this year’s program featured a packed schedule of indoor and outdoor challenges designed to strengthen collaboration, trust, and communication among employees. Every activity encouraged participants to step outside their comfort zones while working together toward a common goal.

The event officially opened with welcome remarks from the company’s Director, Sir John Ryu, who highlighted the importance of every member of the Brosnep family. He reminded everyone that each employee plays a valuable role in the company’s continued growth and that every individual is a cherished part of the team. His heartwarming speech set a meaningful tone for the activities that followed. 

The participants were then divided into four teams, and each prepared a battle cry that brought laughter to everyone.

After taking part in the ice breaker, they competed in a variety of team challenges, including Hoops Relay, Flip & Grab, Human Tank, Ball Drop, Ring Toss, a fun yet challenging Maze experience, and several water-based activities such as Submarine and Pass the water. These exercises tested not only their physical endurance but also their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. 

Participants were also given the opportunity to try confidence-building activities such as the Zipline and Rappelling, which challenged them to overcome their fears while encouraging one another every step of the way. 

The first day concluded with the Tower Bricks Challenge, which became one of the most memorable parts of the team building event. It tested the team’s leadership, patience, and cooperation while helping participants realize the true importance of teamwork. The activity showed that success comes when everyone works together. It reinforced the event’s message that perseverance and determination are often more important than the final outcome. 

The closing program featured remarks from the Managing Director, Sir Francisco Ko, who welcomed the company’s newest employees. Department managers also shared updates and recent developments from their respective teams, giving everyone an opportunity to stay informed about the company’s progress and future direction. 

Although the event created many more memorable moments that could be captured in a single article, the Brosnep 2026 Team Building ultimately served as a reminder that true success is built on resilience, collaboration, and the willingness to support one another through every challenge.
